of graphic design and service recognition awards.

Debra Baéz, Managing Partner

Debra has worked in the graphic design/communications field since 1983. She is from Long Island, New York; a 1981 graduate of New York City’s
Laboratory Institute of Merchandising, she earned an associates degree
in occupational studies for fashion merchandising; and in 2007, Debra attended New Hampshire’s Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. She writes business articles and volunteers time to educate and mentor students, business owners and corporations on identity, graphic communication, marketing, and minority business issues.

Anon Baéz, Creative Director

In 1974, Anon began studies at the School of Visual Arts and launched his career at the American Broadcasting Companies in his native New York City, where he was involved in various television and radio promotion.
Over the years, as an accomplished graphic designer and illustrator, he has owned and operated a mid-Manhattan design studio and an upstate New York ad agency -- working with such clientele as Carnegie Hall, ITT Corporation, CARE, Saratoga Race Course, and the New York Times. Relocating to Las Vegas in 1999 as Baéz Design, the studio quickly established itself as a leading design firm that continues to serve clients
in New York and throughout Nevada’s greater Las Vegas valley area.
